HOW CAN I QUIT TOBACCO USE

1.Decide positively to quit.
2.Stop tobacco use totally.
3.Avoid urging situations
4.Get health conscious -walk,swim




FOR THOSE WHO CAN'T QUIT SMOKING


1.Avoid prolonged placement of pan in the mouth
2.maintain meticulous oral hygiene.
3.examine your mouth daily.
4.watch for any voice change,
persistent cough,difficulty in swallowing
